Advan Research collects and manually verifies all the individual National Retail Properties locations worldwide, on a point-in-time basis. These detailed locations, also called Points Of Interest or POIs, are then used by Advan to compute how many mobile phones have visited the locations. Advan computes cellphone traffic using a dataset of more than 320 million cellphones observed with a second-level time accuracy and 10 meter location accuracy, since 2015. The graph below shows the visits aggregated across all 2120 of the locations of National Retail Properties:
The top three locations of National Retail Properties that contribute the most traffic for the brand have approximately 1.7% of the firm’s overall footfall. Out of these, the store located at 1330 Columbus Avenue, Lebanon, OH 45036 is the top performer in terms of people visited.
