Advan Research collects and manually verifies all the individual Urban Edge Properties locations worldwide, on a point-in-time basis. These detailed locations, also called Points Of Interest or POIs, are then used by Advan to compute how many mobile phones have visited the locations. Advan computes cellphone traffic using a dataset of more than 320 million cellphones observed with a second-level time accuracy and 10 meter location accuracy, since 2015. The graph below shows the visits aggregated across all 101 of the locations of Urban Edge Properties:
The top three locations of Urban Edge Properties that contribute the most traffic for the brand have approximately 17.8% of the firm’s overall footfall. Out of these, the store located at 15 Us Highway 9 South, Manalapan, NJ 07726 is the top performer in terms of people visited.
